CF Meetings
Members of the Common Forum meet regularly twice a year.
Regularly, the meetings are held back-to-back with the International Committee on Contaminated Land (ICCL) meetings.
Upcoming Meeting
COMMON FORUM spring meeting 2026
The COMMON FORUM spring meeting 2026 will be held from 27 - 29 May 2026 as a joint meeting in Helsinki, Finland and Tallinn, Estonia. It is kindly hosted by the Finnish Ministry of the Environment and SYKE as well as the Ministry of Climate of the Republic of Estonia.

COMMON FORUM autumn meeting 2025
The COMMON FORUM autumn meeting 2025 was held from 1 - 3 October 2025 in Copenhagen, Denmark and kindly hosted by Danish Regions. A session on contaminated land management in connection with the waste hierarchy was included.
COMMON FORUM spring meeting 2025
The COMMON FORUM spring meeting 2025 was held from 14 - 16 May 2025 in Luxembourg and kindly hosted by the Environment Agency (AEV) Luxembourg. A stakeholder workshop on risk assessment was integrated to the meeting as well as a session on excavated soil.
COMMON FORUM autumn meeting 2024
The COMMON FORUM autumn meeting 2024 was held on 16 October 2024 in Bern, Switzerland. The event was followed by the 15th ICCL Meeting (17 October full-day, 18 October half-day morning), both meetings hosted by the Swiss Federal Office for the Environment (FOEN).
