Dear All,
As our next meeting is approaching please find the outline of the agenda and some other important news below
A COMMON FORUM paper on the SFD
The COMMON FORUM agenda committee proposed to prepare a document with short statements about the contaminated land part of the proposed Soil Framework Directive (SFD). The document is not intended to become a common position paper, but is intended to help those of us who have to prepare national positions to choose the best arguments to suit their needs and to be aware of arguments that may be used by others. Please find the first draft of this paper attached SFDCOMFOR (PDF file - 95 KB). You are kindly invited to add your own statements. You may add them to the existing text. If you do so before APRIL 11 can produce a second and better draft for the Stuttgart meeting, 24 & 25 April.
