Dear All,
Please find attached a draft meeting agenda [CFagenda.doc]. The meeting location is Budapest, Fő utca 44-50. This is the address of the Ministry of Environment and Water. The meeting room will be on the 7nd floor. The Ministry is on the Buda side of the Danube-bank near the “Batthyany” square where you can find an underground connection, from here two minutes walk to the Ministry.
I have the following questions:
1] Do you have comments/ suggestions concerning the meeting agenda
2] Could you please confirm your presence or absence at the meeting in Budapest THIS WEEK
